Two years ago I set out to fix a problem I'd watched up close: Bangladesh's private diagnostic labs run on manual registers or outdated software that doesn't even talk to the analyzers on their own benches — and almost none of their data ever reaches the national health record. Today, HEALTHCARE INSPIRON LIS is live. It's a full Laboratory Information System, built from the ground up for Bangladeshi labs — from a single-room clinic in a remote upazila to a multi-partner diagnostic centre. It runs the whole workflow: registration, automatic analyzer handoff, result verification, and a clean bilingual Bangla/English report on a single page. A few things I'm proud of: • Connect a Mindray analyzer in about five minutes — enter the sample number, and the CBC lands automatically on the correct order. • It's being built to submit results directly to the DGHS Shared Health Record — as far as I know, the first private LIS in the country working toward this. • We're integrating Claude AI as a safety layer — a critical-result flag that a human always reviews and signs. I'm not announcing customer numbers today, because I'd rather earn them honestly. The system is live, it works, and I'm now looking for the first labs to build alongside.
